The Simpsonville PTO is an organized group of parents, guardians, and teachers, sharing a common goal of promoting student achievement and learning. Our PTO strives to build a sense of community in our school, in and out of the classroom, through family social events, staff appreciation activities, teacher/classroom support, and fundraising.
We have sponsored social events such as the Back to School Bash, Howlin' Halloween, and movie nights. We have supported both our teachers and the Family Resource Center with volunteers. Every teacher has support through a PTO placed Room Parent. Also, we make every effort to fulfill the wish lists of the teachers.
Through fundraising activities, we have funded the purchase of approximately $37,000 in Technology equipment and playground sets. Our fundraising efforts are always successful, thanks to the generosity of our families, both with their time and money.
We have a great school and PTO - thanks to all the volunteers and staff!
