Volunteers
Are you interested in volunteering at the Simpsonville Elementary Library Media Center? Some volunteer activities include helping to circulate, shelve, and process books in addition to assistance with the Accelerated Reader (AR) program. We can also use help with book fairs and other library events. A variety of volunteer opportunities are available if you are interested. Feel free to contact me any time. Library Orientation
Classes will be signing up to attend a library orientation in the media center where students will learn about book care as well as available resources. Students will also create a shelf marker/library card to use while looking for books in the media center. Kindergarten students may check out one book at a time for one week. Students in grades one through five may check out up to two books and/or one book and a magazine at a time for two weeks. Let the reading adventures begin!

- Click on the Catalog tab at the top of the screen
- Type in keyword, title, or author
- Hit the Enter key to find results
