Kindergarten Registration is here
Southside Elementary will be holding Kindergarten Registration on Tuesday, April 23rd from 5:30pm-7:30pm. Your child must be five years old by October 1st and you will need to bring your child’s birth certificate, Social Security card and two proofs of residency. You also will need to bring your child with you for a free screening.
K-Prep Testing
Just a reminder that all 3rd, 4th and 5th grade students will be taking the K-Prep State Test the week of May 6th. Please make sure that your student is on time to school and that you schedule any appointments for that week after school if at all possible.
5th Grade Trip - Indianapolis
The 5th Grade Indianapolis Trip is coming up on May 17th. If you still have an unpaid balance for this trip, be sure to send payment in or contact Marsha James at 633-4460.

SPRING BREAK!!! Monday, April 1st through Friday, April 5th is Spring Break Kindergarten Registration Southside Elementary will be holding Kindergarten Registration on Tuesday, April 23rd from 5:30pm-7:30pm. You also will need to bring your child with you for a free screening. Southside Father/Daughter Dance Southside Father/Daughter Dance tickets are now on sale! Your student should have brought home the Pre Sale Ticket form this week. The tickets are $12.00 for this fun event! The night of the dance you may purchase tickets for $15.00. You need JavaScript enabled to view it 4th and 5th Grade Boot Camp Registration forms for the spring session of Southside’s Boot Camp for 4th and 5th Grade boys have been sent home. If your student is interested in participating, please fill the registration form out and return it to Southside no later than Thursday, March 28th. East Middle School Cheer Tryouts An informational meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 26th at 6:30pm in the East Middle School cafeteria. Learn about costs, fundraising opportunities, coaches, try-outs and more! Tryout packets will be available at this meeting as well as online at www.leaguelineup.com/emscheer . 3 Day Cheer Clinics will be held: Tuesday, 4/6 from 4:00-6:30pm, EMS Gym; Wednesday, 4/10 from 4:00-6:30pm, EMS Gym; and Thursday, 4/11 from 4:00-6:30pm, EMS Gym. Cheer Tryouts will be held on Friday, April 12th. Check in time is 4:00pm at the EMS Gym. |
