Last Day for Yearbook Orders
Tomorrow, March 20th, is the last day that you can purchase yearbooks. The yearbook is $20.00 and you can add your student’s name for an additional $6.00. Please make payments to: Southside Elementary School.
Jump Rope for Heart
This week is the week that donation envelopes can be turned in for Jump Rope for Heart. The goal for each student is to raise $15.00 to donate! There are several fun things planned for this week in PE for Jump Rope for Heart and the top fundraiser out of each class gets to co-lead a PE class with our great PE teacher, Ms. Fitzpatrick! So keep those donations coming in!
Kindergarten Registration

Boys Boot Camp
ALL T-SHIRT ORDERS FOR BOYS BOOT CAMP NEED TO BE IN WITH PAYMENT BY THIS COMING THURSDAY, MARCH 22ND. THE T-SHIRTS WILL BE ARMY GREEN WITH BLACK SCREEN.

Tiger Trails
Southside Tiger Trails Spring Session begins on Wednesday, April 18th from 2:30-4:00PM and is open to 3rd, 4th and 5th grade girls. Due to the overwhelming response that we had for the fall session, spaces will be limited to a first come first serve. Please look for registration information coming home with your student soon!

1.) We are learning about the value of CONVICTION this month – standing for what is right even when others don’t!
2.) Pick a cause that is close to your family’s heart. Write local lawmakers or your newspaper together to highlight the issue.
3.) Research people in history who stood for what is right, even when others didn’t. How did they change history? The world?
4.) Look back at the values we learned this year. How does CONVICTION require and encompass each of these values?
