    Online Databases and Electronic Books

    The MLC Library subscribes to several online databases - the Literature Resource Center, Science in Context, U.S. History in Context, and  Opposing Viewpoints in Context.  Access to electronic reference books (e-books) are also available.  These books address the following topics: Arts, Business, Environment, History, Literature, Medicine, Multicultural Studies, and Science.

    Kentucky Virtual Library

    Use KYVL to to access EBSCO (newspaper and magazine articles), the Groiler multimedia encyclopedia, NoveList, Searchasaurus, Kentuckiana Digital Library, and more. To access Kentucky Virtual Library from home, a password and log-in ID number are required. Please contact a librarian for this information.
