Eligibility: Applicants must-

• have at least a 2.5 GPA,
• plan to enroll in a postsecondary degree or certicate program
• be a resident of ShelbyCounty or a neighboring county
• be a teen volunteer at Jewish Hospital Shelbyville for at least 50 hours.

Award: $1,000
