The goal of the SCPS Exit Survey is to assist in gathering information that will improve our retention of world-class employees. We know that our future success is dependent upon good people. It is our goal to have meaningful retention conversations with our teammates each spring that make them feel valued and appreciated for their contributions. However, when someone must leave, he or she will be treated with dignity and respect as we seek to learn ways we can retain our best talent. The cumulative results of these surveys are analyzed twice a year and lead to conversations about meaningful changes that make SCPS more attractive to current and future employees.
