Hi! My name is Hollie Raley and I am the student assistance counselor at Marnel C. Moorman School. I am so excited to work with K-8 students in this new environment.
Prior to this position, I taught in the classroom for four years, three of which were at Shelby West Middle School. I was a 7th grade English Language Arts teacher there.
I currently reside in Louisville with my husband and two cats, Kenny and Rosie. I am originally from Northern Kentucky, but have been in Louisville for the last three years.
My philosophy in my classroom was to meet each individual students needs and make sure they are successful academically, emotionally and socially. I look forward to continuing to build relationships through the counseling lens this upcoming school year.
The counseling corner at MCMS will be a place for your child to feel safe and loved. If there is anything that I can do to help, please feel free to reach out.
