Empower SCPS User Guide

The format of this guide is a mixture of a thorough collection of the best “how to’s” on Empower (how to make or find important aspects of the program) with a FAQ (posing questions or scenarios and showing how to answer or resolve them). The doc is heavily hyperlinked starting with the Table of Contents, so you can quickly go straight to a question/issue and its answer/resolution.
