This award celebrates students who show kindness, lend a helping hand, and make a positive difference in the lives of others. Today, we honor Rayah, a 3rd grader. Her teacher shared that she is always willing to help out in the classroom. She is one of the first to help a classmate that needs a little extra help. She also is great at helping me check my mailbox everyday. Her daily help has really been noticed and appreciated. Thank you, Rayah, for showing the heart of service every day. Hey Spartans! 📚 This week's awesome book pick is "Almost Underwear: How a Piece of Cloth Traveled from Kitty Hawk to the Moon and Mars"! 😄

It's like a funny history adventure about one piece of cloth that was supposed to be underwear but ended up in the Wright Brothers' first plane, went to the Moon with Apollo 11, and is now zooming around Mars with Ingenuity! 🚀🩳 Who knew a cloth could have such epic adventures?! #weareshelbyinspired #SpartanNation

His teacher shared that during WIN time they played a creating word game with flash cards and whoever created the most words was able to earn Takis. Brandon won but decided to share his Takis with the rest of the group! That is just one example of how Brandon has been a great example for his peers.
