✨ Today, we’re thrilled to honor a student with the LEAD Award! This recognition goes to students who step up as role models, show responsibility, and use their influence in a positive way. This week’s award goes to Anari who is in the 7th grade. Their teacher noted: Anari jumped right in and was a leader from the beginning of the year by helping with daily Chromebook storage. She even suggested a color-coding system to help with keeping track of Chromebooks. I appreciate her leadership in class. Way to go, Anari! Thank you for being a leader in our classroom community. ✨ Today, we're excited to introduce as our Staff Spotlight, Mr. Aaron Harris! Mr. Harris is a 1st year Math teacher at MCMS. Mr. Harris loves to play golf, his favorite color is blue, and his favorite book is "The Outsiders". We are so glad that Mr. Harris is at MCMS. ✨ We’re excited to celebrate one of our students with the ENGAGE Award ! This award recognizes students who put their best effort into learning, stay actively involved in class, and inspire others through their example. Today’s recipient is Wyatt . Their teacher shared that Wyatt asks thoughtful questions, participates actively in discussions, and completes assignments on time. He collaborates well with peers, and stays focused during activities. Wyatt’s enthusiasm for learning is evident and he contributes greatly to our classroom community.
